Manufacturing Engineer – Tooling & Process Improvement

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for GKN in Filton, UK. This is a fully on-site role for an initial 6-month period on a 4.5 day flexi shift, paying up to £29.81. The Engineer will be responsible for providing manufacturing engineering capability to various programs, ensuring zero defect projects by utilizing problem-solving skills and overseeing cutter lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in tooling systems, CAD/CAM software, and will lead initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and tool performance.
