Head of Growth is responsible for overseeing the entire sales, marketing, and customer acquisition pipeline to drive company growth. They manage strategy, execution, and performance across marketing, sales, and retention.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Solidify brand identity and become the gatekeeper of brand.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand-related touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain the marketing plan, continually improving it using hard data.
  • Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns.
  • Find new partnerships, both large and small, to grow the customer base.
  • Liaise with the immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.

Head of Growth sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product development, focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. The Head of Growth typically reports to the CEO or a VP in Sales or Marketing.
