Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate Maka and Bellotti CNC routers to manufacture vacuum-formed parts.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings to ensure precise production.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills, Experience, and Education

• Communication: Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and effectively communicate technical information.
• Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in setting and operating CNC routers, specifically Maka and Bellotti machines.
• Innovation: Ability to identify and implement improvements in the machining process to enhance efficiency and product quality.
