£24,828 – £25,163 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join City College Norwich as part of a customer-focused team delivering a high-quality service to students, staff, and visitors.
You will be an important member of the First Point team, primarily based at Easton College, with rota-based working at City College Norwich. (Initial training will take place at City College Norwich.) You will be responsible for managing enquiries effectively and efficiently across campuses, helping to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all customers.
Candidates should have experience of working in a busy reception environment and be confident using IT systems, particularly service desk platforms. Strong data entry skills, along with good speed and accuracy, are essential.
The role includes welcoming and directing visitors, handling telephone and live chat enquiries, providing clear and helpful information about the college, and supporting general administrative duties.
Working hours Monday – Thursday 830am to 5pm, Friday 830am to 430pm.
