Overview

Our client, a well-established, multi award-winning Architectural practice based in Fitzrovia, London, are currently seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architect to work as part of an experienced, talented and enthusiastic team. Their pipeline includes Science and Research projects, as well as High-rise Residential projects. With 6 offices across the UK, they work on projects from inception to completion. Specialisms vary from small-scale refurbishments to large-scale new builds within the Science & Research, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Retail sectors. They pride themselves on the quality of projects they provide and have a strong ethos for sustainability. In the Fitzrovia office they seek someone with strong project running skills. Their projects sit anywhere from £1m to £50m. Current projects are primarily in the Healthcare, Residential, Laboratory, Education, Data Centre and Commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and other professionals
  • Take a lead role in delivering innovative projects across a range of sectors
  • Manage projects across all RIBA Stages
  • Oversee and coordinate internal teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery
  • Use Revit on a daily basis
  • Act as key point of contact for clients
  • Lead design and technical delivery process
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team

Qualifications

  • Living in a commutable distance of Fitzrovia, London
  • Strong Revit knowledge
  • Experience within the Residential or Laboratory sector, advantageous
  • Strong technical and design skills
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Project running experience, highly advantageous
  • Able to help and mentor more junior members of staff
  • ARB or RIBA registered Architect
