What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across the business
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, claims, and settlements
  • Support key projects and strategic initiatives
  • Help design and deliver legal training to stakeholders
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external law firms
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, including the use of AI and legal tech
  • Newly Qualified (or soon to qualify) solicitor with broad commercial exposure
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate legal into business language
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Interest or experience in legal tech / AI
  • Exposure to process improvement or innovation in legal services
