Recruitment Consultant | Strong Search | Poole (Hybrid)

We specialise in GTM hiring for SaaS businesses, and we think this space deserves better than what most recruitment firms offer. So far, the market agrees.

Now we’re building the team that takes us into year two.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years carrying a revenue target and hitting it in sales or recruitment
  • Happy to drive new business pipeline and outbound activity proactively (we find the people we place, they don’t come to us)
  • Competitive by instinct, not by instruction
  • Tenacious, you find a way where others stop
  • A team player who raises the standard around them
  • A genuine hunger to keep learning and improving

We’re particularly drawn to people who played sport seriously, threw themselves into things outside of the classroom at school/college, or have simply always gone the extra mile. That mindset translates directly here.

Bonus points for B2B sales experience, outbound calling, or exposure to the SaaS world. But drive and character will get you further than a perfect CV.
