This role is ideal for a passionate, detail-oriented culinary professional dedicated to excellence in a luxury environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelinesCreate special meals or substitutes as required, ensuring dietary needs are metRegulate cooking equipment including ovens, grills, broilers, and roastersMonitor food quality and quantity throughout preparation and serviceMaintain food logs and adhere to safety and hygiene standardsPrepare cold foods and support mise-en-place for your sectionCommunicate effectively during busy periods and request assistance when neededSupport stock management by reporting shortages and maintaining organised storageAssist with training and coaching, serving as a role model within the brigadeCore CompetenciesWe are seeking a refined and passionate culinary professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality.
