Head of Year: Pastoral & Student Growth Lead

Aldercar High School is seeking a committed Pastoral Manager (Head of Year) to join our student services team. This leadership role focuses on leading a year group, ensuring high standards of behaviour and achievement, and fostering student wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with young people and a strong grasp of safeguarding issues. The role also involves strategic leadership of the tutor team, analysing student progress, and implementing interventions to support vulnerable groups.
