Responsibilities
- Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
- Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
- Work independently with the backing of a supportive team.
Must-haves
- A UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Live in one of the following postcodes: BT1, BT2, BT3, BT4, BT5, BT6, BT7, BT8, BT9, BT10, BT11, BT12, BT17, BT24, BT25, BT26, BT27, BT28, BT29, BT65, BT66, BT67.
