Director of Public Curation & Civic Engagement

Factory International, based in Manchester, is seeking a Head of Public Curation to provide strategic leadership and engage diverse communities. The role involves building relationships, leading participatory democracy initiatives, and securing investment for sustainable public engagement.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in community-led cultural activities, a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and a passion for mentoring emerging talent. A salary range of £43–50,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
