Job description What You’ll Be DoingOperations & DeliveryLead the planning and delivery of all WTA events in line with the annual schedule and KPIsConduct official onsite data collection at WTA events to the highest standardsEnsure operational coverage targets are consistently met and delivered within budgetIdentify and implement cost-efficient strategies across your networkPeople & Team LeadershipSupervise and coordinate a global network of Tennis Data Collectors at WTA eventsDevelop and deliver consistent training and recruitment procedures to maintain a high-quality networkManage team communications to ensure awareness of process changes, coverage updates, and operational goalsChampion the wellbeing and engagement of your freelance data collection teamStrategy & ImprovementEstablish local risk and integrity strategies for each eventRegularly review operational structures to improve efficiencyContinuously launch initiatives to meet and exceed KPIsParticipate in software testing and cross-functional projects as requiredSupport wider Fast Data Operations teams across sports where needed
Required profile What We’re Looking ForEssential SkillsTennis Knowledge – Excellent understanding of the game and WTA TourCommunication – Strong English skills, written and verbalGlobal Mindset – Ability to engage and motivate a diverse, international teamFlexibility – Willingness and availability for frequent international travelProblem-Solving – Results-driven with a proactive approach to challengesDesirable SkillsExperience in training or supervising teamsData collection experienceKnowledge of additional sports (especially Football/Soccer)Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple geographies
