Overview
We are currently searching for an Employment Associate (min. 2PQE) on behalf of a highly regarded Silver Circle law firm. Recognised by multiple major publications as a leading practice, they are well known for their work across complex employment matters both in the UK and internationally.
The team regularly advises multinational corporates, financial institutions, funds and government bodies on the full gamut of employment law issues, often in the context of large transactions, investigations and sensitive disputes. Covering both advisory and contentious mandates, they have a strong emphasis on regulated industries cross-border matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other large-scale corporate transactions.
- Support clients with sensitive workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, whistleblowing and grievance procedures.
- Represent employers in Employment Tribunal claims.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment-related documentation including contracts, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements.
- Engage directly with clients, providing clear and commercial advice on day-to-day strategic workforce issues.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience and be coming from a highly respected employment practice.
