Team socials, networking opportunities, volunteering initiatives and a strong sense of community all form part of daily life at the firm.nnThe residential property team continues to grow and is now seeking an experienced solicitor to play a key role in the development of the office.nnThe rolennYou will handle a broad range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, refinancing work and new leases, while advising a varied client base including investors, developers, landlords and tenants.nnAlongside managing your own caseload, you will work closely with partners to help shape and expand the property offering. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives, networking events and client relationship building.nnThe successful candidate will ideally bring an existing client or referrer following, although this is not essential.nnResponsibilitiesnn• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completionn• Advising investors, developers, landlords and tenants on strategic property mattersn• Building and maintaining relationships with local agents and referrersn• Supporting the continued growth of the Islington property teamn• Attending networking and marketing eventsn• Contributing articles and content for newsletters and legal updatesn• Supervising and mentoring trainees, paralegals and junior team membersn• Delivering consistently high levels of client servicen• Ensuring compliance with SRA standards and internal risk management proceduresnnCandidate profilennThe firm is keen to hear from Residential Property Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and strong technical experience across a broad range of residential property transactions.nnYou should be commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing your own workload within a busy team environment.
