Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in leading and managing the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the overall smooth running of the facility. You will also be expected to act as the registered manager in the Home Manager’s absence, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar leadership or management position within the care sector, as well as a strong understanding of care home operations and regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also essential, as is the ability to lead and motivate a team.
