EMEA HR Strategy Lead: Culture & Change Architect

Colorcon® is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director (HRD) to lead HR operations for the EMEA region. You will report directly to the EMEA Managing Director and participate actively in the global HR community.

This role involves managing all HR functions, promoting a high-performance culture, and serving as a strategic advisor on people-related matters. Applicants should have at least 8 years of leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of UK employment law.

The position will be based in Dartford, UK, and requires some travel within EMEA.
