Job Title: Domestic Gas EngineerLocation: North Essex & Colchester (Mobile Role)Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience and productivity)Company Van ProvidedThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team, covering North Essex and Colchester. This is a mobile role involving servicing, repairs, and installations within domestic properties.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service standards in occupied homes.Working Hours & Benefits*Working hours typically between 8:00am – 5:00pm (dependent on workload and time of year)*Overtime opportunities available*Monday to Friday only – no weekend work*Call-out rota of 1 in 4Key Responsibilities*Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems*Boiler installations and system upgrades*Fault finding and diagnostics*Completing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)*Ensuring compliance with current Gas Safety regulations*Providing excellent customer service*Completing all relevant documentation electronicallyRequirements (Essential Qualifications & Experience)*Valid Gas Safe Registration*ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications*Proven experience in domestic servicing and repairs*Full UK Driving Licence*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills*Ability to work independently in a mobile roleWhat’s On Offer*Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience and productivity)*Company van provided*Fuel card*Company pension*Overtime opportunities*Uniform and tools provided*Ongoing training and development
