Were recruiting experienced Night Chefs to support a range of five star hotels across London. This is a great opportunity for chefs who are confident working independently and maintaining high standards during overnight service.
The RoleAs a Night Chef, youll be responsible for running the kitchen overnight, preparing late-night room service, early breakfast prep, and ensuring the kitchen is organised for the day team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the kitchen independently during night shifts
Prepare and serve late-night and early morning dishes
Complete breakfast prep for day service
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team
What Were Looking ForProven experience as a Night Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role
Ability to work confidently on your own
Strong organisation and time management skills xwzovoh Reliable and professional attitude
