Build Recruitment seeks a Contracts Manager based in North / West London to oversee multiple passive fire protection projects worth £2m-£4m. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in contracts management within the fire protection or construction sectors, along with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations.
This position offers a competitive salary of circa £60,000 per annum and benefits such as a company car, annual leave, and a pension scheme.
