Overview
FP&A Analyst required for a superb business involved in an interesting industry, based in Solihull, West Midlands. The business is knocking on the door of £100m revenue and is the UK subsidiary of an American parent group, but operates autonomously.
As the FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Management of divisional forecasting/reforecasting, building financial modelling tools to improve financial planning processes
- Monthly management reporting including variance analysis/commentary and feeding back financial position and future strategies to department heads
- Overseeing the divisional budgeting process and maintaining budget monthly
- Business partnering stakeholders throughout the business within your divisions
- Continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and procedures to ensure best practice and long-term efficacy in the team
- Monitoring performance of financial and non-financial KPIs, identifying variances from budget and ongoing trends, proposing remedial strategies where necessary
The ideal candidate will be ACCA, ACMA or ACA qualified with 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience. You’ll need to be strong with month end reporting, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering/senior stakeholder engagement.
This is a permanent role, based on site in Solihull full time, with flexible working available when required. Initially paying £60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits.
