Salary
£30,992 – £37,440 p/a
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification). Check here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding).

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
