The Opportunity
RS requires a Head of PPE Sales to lead the development of the PPE sales offering, drive commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth and build strong customer partnerships across all sectors.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for £90m of current sales, targeting £250m growth by developing and delivering the PPE & Safety sales strategy for the largest commercial market in the RS Group.
• Lead a sales force of up to 20 people across the UK, delivering sustainable, profitable sales and market share growth.
• Transform the sales function into a pioneering, future‑ready organization that differentiates from competitors.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven knowledge and understanding of the PPE and safety equipment marketplace, competitive landscape and experience executing sales strategies and growth in large business environments.
