Do you have a background in pumps, motors, or similar equipment and want to step into a supervisory role? Are you seeking a new position within a well-established business, working in a tight-knit workshop with stable role and early Friday finishes?
On offer is the opportunity to join a mechanical engineering company that specialises in the repair and maintenance of 3-phase motors, fan units, water pumps and other systems. They work with a variety of clients, including blue‑chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres and more.
This static role involves working with the rest of the team on the workshop floor for a majority of the time, with the remaining time allocated to administrative tasks and overseeing the activity of the team.
This role would suit someone with a Mechanical/Electrical background that has previously overseen a small team or is looking to step into a team leader position.
