JWR are delighted to be working on a Restaurant Manager opportunity within a stunning boutique country house hotel , and I’m keen to speak with strong operators from premium hospitality backgrounds.You’ll be leading an award-winning brasserie delivering all-day premium dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch and afternoon tea, with full ownership of service standards and team performance.
We’re looking for someone who:* Comes from boutique hotel, luxury restaurant or fine dining environments* Is a genuine hands-on leader who thrives on the floor* Knows how to inspire, develop and hold standards in busy service* Is obsessed with guest experience and consistency* Wants a role where they can genuinely shape the operation
