Location: Piccadilly / SW1Y – On-site, full time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 base + £12,000 OTE (£1,000/month commission)

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be an ambassador for our brand – driving membership growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of Reformer Collective.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales & Conversion

  • Manage and convert inbound leads, trials, and enquiries into active memberships.
  • Conduct engaging consultations, tours, and follow-ups to maximise conversion.
  • Proactively generate new business through local partnerships, events, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership to deliver pricing, campaigns, and promotions aligned with quarterly targets.

Client Experience & Retention

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for all prospects and members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Partner with the operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service excellence.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and member records within the CRM (ie, Mariana Tek and Contrast).
  • Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports for review with the Head of Membership.
  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.

Brand & Event Support

  • Represent Reformer Collective at in-studio events, local activations, and corporate partnerships.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives designed to drive community engagement and membership growth.
