Family Medicine Physician – Holyoke, Colorado
Family Medicine Role in Holyoke, Colorado: 285k + Sign‑On + Housing. Full‑time, 4–5 days/week with ER coverage included. Up to $250K salary plus benefits.
Schedule
- Monday‑Friday during clinic hours with flexible admin day
- Every third week on‑call and ED oversight
Clinical Details
- Patients per day: 15–20
- EMR: Athena
- Support staff: One dedicated MA; nursing system and hospital support staff
- No procedures
- Dragon dictation
- Care settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Swing Bed, Emergency Department
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- BLS and ACLS required
- Current DEA registration
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Bilingual preferred
