Credit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a friendly and supportive finance team within a growing and client-focused business. This Credit Control position is ideal for someone who is looking for a role on a part-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and reducing outstanding customer balances across a varied client portfolio.
• Chasing payments via phone and email while building strong client relationships.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving account queries efficiently.
• Monitoring aged debt reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the wider finance team with cashflow, ad hoc bookkeeping tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent previous experience within a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
• Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Sage 50, Xero or similar finance systems.
• Positive and proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
