A leading transformation consultancy is looking to hire Senior Business Analysts to support complex business and technology transformation programmes across enterprise clients.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross‑functional business units to shape requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of enterprise transformation programmes.
Role
You’ll play a key role across the full transformation lifecycle, supporting clients through discovery, analysis, solution shaping, and implementation activity.
Projects are varied and may include:
- Digital transformation
- Process optimisation
- Technology‑enabled transformation
- Regulatory and business change initiatives
The role would suit somebody who enjoys solving complex business problems, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and operating at the intersection of business and technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Analysing and documenting business processes and operating models
- Producing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps
- Creating user stories, functional specifications, and business documentation
- Working closely with delivery and technology teams to support implementation
- Supporting Agile delivery environments and transformation programmes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Supporting business readiness, UAT, and change activity where required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within consulting, transformation, or enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience across the full project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience working on business or digital transformation programmes
Nice to Have
- Consulting background
- Experience working across multiple industries or clients
- BCS / CBAP certifications
