This role would suit an experienced and ambitious Senior Finance Business Partner, Senior Commercial Finance Manager or Head of Commercial Finance who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys influencing decisions that drive growth.

Driving commercial performance through insightful analysis
Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams
Leading budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting
Supporting expansion, investment appraisal and growth initiatives
Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue streams and profitability
Delivering board-level reporting and strategic insight
Enhancing cash flow, cost control and operational efficiency
Developing data-led reporting that links operational performance with financial outcomes
