We have a new opportunity for an exercise practitioner to join our multidisciplinary, Cardiac Rehabilitation team, supporting Cardiac Rehabilitation classes across York, Selby and South Hambleton and Ryedale Community Services. To work in a static role, of therapy provision within the multidisciplinary Cardiac Rehabilitation service, contributing to a high standard of therapeutic rehabilitation within the Trust. The successful candidate will be embedded within the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service, assessing, educating and supporting patients who have experienced a cardiac event, to engage in exercise interventions.

We are seeking an experienced clinician with past experience of working within Cardiology speciality, to undertake a high standard of assessment, education and rehabilitation for patients within the service.
