Job Title: PBV Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: GWR Kia Brentford
Reports To: Head of Sales / Franchise Manager
Salary: OTE up to £65,000 uncapped plus car
Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join GWR Kia Brentford as a PBV Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, representing Kia’s innovative new Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) commercial vehicle range.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local business opportunities, generating new commercial vehicle sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience for both SME and fleet customers. This role requires a proactive, driven and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships and identify opportunities within the rapidly growing commercial vehicle sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the local area and wider commercial vehicle market
- Generate sales of Kia PBV and light commercial vehicles through business development activity, networking and customer referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers, local businesses, fleet operators and key accounts
- Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to handover and aftersales follow‑up
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and ensure all customer activity is logged effectively
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, finance penetration and profitability objectives
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the Kia PBV range, including EV technology, charging solutions and fleet propositions
- Promote finance, leasing and ancillary products in line with customer requirements
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and aftersales teams to maximise customer retention and satisfaction
- Attend local business events, exhibitions and networking opportunities to promote the GWR Kia brand
- Ensure all FCA, compliance and brand standards are adhered to at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, ideally within commercial vehicles, fleet or business sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively generate opportunities
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and fleet solutions would be advantageous
