The position will appeal to a Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Electrical Technician looking to upskill or a Graduate with industrial working experience.
This role offers a great mix of hands‑on fault finding, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and automation support within a fast‑paced production environment.
Maintenance Engineer – The Role
- Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production machinery and facilities.
- Support machinery uptime and minimise production downtime.
- Analyse downtime and OEE data to improve machine performance.
- Work with PLC automation, safety systems and control panels.
- Support continuous improvement and project activities.
- Assist with spare parts management and site maintenance activities.
- Mentor apprentices and provide technical support when required.
Maintenance Engineer – What We’re Looking For
- HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Previous experience within a maintenance engineering environment.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems and industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine technology.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Night Shift Hours
- Sunday: 20:50 – 06:00
- Monday – Thursday: 22:30 – 06:00
