Care Assistant Days at The Lawns

Overview

Care Assistant (Days) at The Lawns supports residents to live comfortably and enjoy each day, combining practical care with companionship and encouragement. You’ll assist with personal care and daily living tasks while promoting residents’ choices, dignity and wellbeing in a stimulating, homely setting. Work is on a rota basis and you can develop through NVQ Level 2 and 3 opportunities. We’re looking for someone warm, compassionate and reliable with strong communication skills, who can work flexibly, show initiative and work effectively as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Promote residents’ choices, dignity and wellbeing in a stimulating, homely setting.
• Work on a rota basis as part of a team.
• Develop through NVQ Level 2 and 3 opportunities.
