A boutique firm with an exceptional reputation for staff retention is seeking a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Private Client Fee Earner. Based in Wakefield or Garforth, this role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload within a supportive, friendly team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.

Key Responsibilities:

- nt
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and providing support with estate planning
- Handling Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
- Advising on tax matters within your knowledge and escalating complex issues externally
- Acting on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
- Using the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
- Getting involved with business development and marketing

About You:

- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
- Strong commercial mindset
- Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
