Responsibilities

• Day to Day: The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills: Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting, Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Full, clean UK drivers licence
• Clean DBS check
• Previous social housing experience
• Proficient in the use of PDAs and SOR coding
• Able to fulfil contractual obligations of out of hours on a rota basis
• Available for face-to-face interviews
