Compliance & Buying Coordinator

Package

The Role

  • Coordinate compliance and quality control processes within the buying team
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, documentation and certifications
  • Support supplier audits, reviews and performance monitoring
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance and operational processes
  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain high standards

About You

  • Experience in compliance, procurement, buying, quality or supplier administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing documentation and process-driven tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
