Key responsibilities
- Supporting the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of CRM implementations and upgrades
- Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 environments and solutions
- Developing Power Platform applications including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
- Working with Dataverse and integrating external systems where required
- Supporting system performance optimisation and troubleshooting activities
- Contributing to integrations involving cloud technologies and modern data solutions
- Providing regular progress updates and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality Microsoft solutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Commercial experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or enhancements
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
- Experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- SharePoint integrations
- Hands‑on experience with CRM extensions and custom development
- Understanding of web technologies including:
- HTML
- CSS
- JSON/XML
- SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services
- Experience using source control/version management tools
