Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with an innovative manufacturing business to recruit an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead quality within a highly regulated engineering environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Quality professional with strong leadership capability, a passion for continuous improvement, and experience operating within automotive or similarly regulated manufacturing sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Leading and developing the Quality Management System
✔ Managing and developing a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors
✔ Driving process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
✔ Leading PPAP activities including Control Plans, DFMEA, PFMEA and APQP documentation
✔ Conducting internal and external audits
✔ Managing customer quality requirements, complaints and corrective actions
✔ Leading root cause investigations and implementing robust CAPA processes
✔ Analysing KPIs and quality metrics to drive measurable business improvements
✔ Supporting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
We are looking for someone with:
✅ Proven Quality Management experience within manufacturing or engineering
✅ Engineering Degree
✅ Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA and Control Plans
✅ Experience within automotive or highly regulated industries
✅ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
✅ Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma qualifications would be advantageous
