Job Description:

As an Improver Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer, you will assist with:

  • Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
  • Working on commercial sites across London and surrounding areas
  • Supporting senior engineers with planned and reactive works
  • Assisting with fault finding and basic diagnostics
  • Working on a range of HVAC and ventilation equipment
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
  • Continuing to develop your technical knowledge and site experience

Systems You May Work On:

  • Split systems
  • VRF / VRV systems
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Ventilation systems
  • Controls

The Candidate:

This position would suit an Improver Engineer who has already gained practical experience within the industry and is looking for the next step in their career.

You should have:

  • Around 2 years’ experience within air conditioning, ventilation, or HVAC
  • Experience assisting with AC installation, maintenance, or servicing
  • A basic HVAC / building services qualification or relevant hands-on experience
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach on site

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • F-Gas certification
  • CSCS card
  • Experience working on VRF / VRV systems
  • Experience on commercial sites
