FP&A Manager being hired for global Telecoms business in Berkshire!

Stanton House is hiring an FP&A Manager for a global business, undergoing a significant finance transformation and is building a brand-new Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function as part of its evolving structure.

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join this newly created team, playing a critical role in reshaping how financial planning, forecasting, and analytics are delivered across a complex environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to move beyond routine forecasting into a strategic, value-adding business partnering role, supporting decision‑making across the business.

Why This Role?

  • Be part of a newly established FP&A team at the heart of a major transformation
  • Shift from cyclical reporting to insight‑led, forward‑looking analysis
  • Help shape the future of planning tools and technology, including modern analytics capabilities
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning for assigned business units
  • Deliver bi‑monthly forecasts, supporting a more agile planning cycle
  • Analyse financial performance to identify risks, opportunities, and key value drivers
  • Build and maintain robust financial models at contract and business unit level
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational leaders to support strategic decisions
  • Develop deep understanding of contract structures, cost drivers, and commercial mechanisms
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and outputs

About You

We’re looking for commercially minded FP&A professionals who combine strong analytical capability with a proactive, business‑partnering mindset.

You will bring:

  • Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in FP&A within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (advanced Excel essential)
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and operational teams
  • A curious mindset with the ability to understand complex contract environments

If you’re looking for ownership, exposure, and a role where your judgement actually matters, I would love to hear from you.
