• specialist colleges and universities.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad education law practice while working closely with experienced specialists in a highly collaborative team. You will support a wide range of educational establishments, advising on sensitive, complex and often high‑profile matters, while building trusted relationships with clients across the sector.

You will advise educational institutions on a broad range of Education law matters, including:
nn
• safeguarding and child protection issues;
nn
• parental complaints and pupil-related issues;
nn
• discrimination and equality matters;
nn
• pastoral and reputational issues;
nn
• governance, compliance and regulatory matters;
nn
• working closely with heads, governors, senior leadership teams and governing bodies, providing clear, practical and proportionate advice in situations that often require sensitivity, confidence and sound judgment.
