Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and CRM‑driven sales processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long‑term partnerships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to support growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Report on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights to senior management

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and client acquisition strategies
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

What’s on Offer
