Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and CRM‑driven sales processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long‑term partnerships, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to support growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets
- Report on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights to senior management
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and client acquisition strategies
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
What’s on Offer
- £52,000 – £56,000 per annum
