Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead – Technology to play a pivotal role in the mobilisation of this contract, ensuring all technology-related workstreams are delivered on time and in full.

This position will support a variety of critical services including CAFM for engineering, cleaning and workplace services, frontline worker connectivity, workplace experience, infrastructure and end user compute, sustainability, and data and analytics.

Job Description

This role will coordinate, drive and monitor delivery activity across UK&I IT SMEs, global technology specialists, and project managers.

Acting as the central point of contact for progress updates, risks, and dependencies, you will be a key member of the mobilisation leadership team and instrumental in providing clarity, governance, and momentum across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of programme of delivery for the IT workstreams.
  • Creation of governance process in line with the wider mobilisation team.
  • Creation of communication plans and templates to capture risks, mitigation, challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide regular programme updates to IT operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Capture and track time and costs against planned budgets.
  • Provide tactical guidance on emerging challenges and agree pragmatic solutions.
  • Coordinate delivery activity across IT SMEs, project managers and global technology teams.
  • Act as a centralised point of contact for progress, risks and dependencies.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior management and peer stakeholders in an international setting.
  • Experience in project and programme management within a technology environment.
  • Track record of delivering large‑scale, complex projects with multiple interconnected workstreams.
  • Experience in the facilities management industry is welcome but not essential.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in presenting to internal and client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a client‑facing role.
