Overview
We’re hiring a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join a leading consulting firm as they expand their UK Salesforce Practice. With a strong footprint in Asset Finance, Lending, and Leasing, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead delivery across prestigious clients—including a major American bank and a top-tier vehicle leasing company.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple clients.
- Managing cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and architects.
- Ensuring solutions align with client goals, Salesforce best practices, and industry standards.
- Driving Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting pre-sales, scoping, and resource planning.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects, ideally within Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio (Omniscript, DataRaptor, FlexCards).
- Background in development or architecture (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) and CI/CD pipelines.
Offer
Offering up to £130k base and hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.
