Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a range of plot sales transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of plot sales.
• Supervise and mentor junior paralegals, enhancing their professional development.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience fee earning in residential property conveyancing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop junior staff.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Robust technical and drafting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
