Urgent hiring for “Paid Search Optimization Specialist”

Our client is seeking a Paid Search Optimization Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns focused on driving subscriber growth and improving campaign performance across digital advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns to achieve acquisition goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Analyze campaign results, attribution, and conversion tracking metrics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams on strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, testing, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
- Manage bid-based advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with app campaigns and mobile attribution platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
