What You’ll Do
As a Senior / Principal Civil Technician, you will:
Deliver detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for residential infrastructure projectsUse Site 3D to support design and project deliveryContribute to the design of highways, drainage, and SuDS schemesAssist with adoption and long-term maintenance submissionsMentor and guide junior technicians and support staffWork closely with engineers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high technical standards
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Civil Technician in residential infrastructure projectsStrong skills in Site 3DExperience producing detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentationUnderstanding of highways, drainage, and SuDS design principlesAbility to mentor junior staff and work independentlyA proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery
