This role involves managing the car park, performing basic maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and acting as a point of contact for clients. The position requires flexibility to support occasional additional duties and contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.**Skills and Qualifications*** Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar role preferred.* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.**Working Conditions*** Full-time position with occasional requirement for early mornings or late finishes depending on site needs.
