As a College Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering effective and efficient administrative support as part of our busy College Support Services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries using corporate data systems
- Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of the Service Help Desk
- Reviewing and monitoring logged jobs and liaising with the appropriate support teams
- Coordinating pool vehicle bookings and helping ensure services run smoothly
- Contributing to a professional, organised, and student‑focused college environment
