- Saturday: 07:30 – 19:30
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can also work fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and give you three weeks’ notice of shift dates.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes lots of people to run a store and this is a job for doers.
Responsibilities
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.

- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.

- Understand store performance, contribute to driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Live the values, make everyone feel welcome, follow policies.
- May be required to accept deliveries into the store.

- Over 18 years old.
- Capable of working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in warehouse, bakery, drink counters and driving roles if required.
